Soarano Train Station. National Monument.

MEDP is renovating the Soarano Train Station in Antananarivo, a national monument, into a mixed use development. The goal is to restore the landmark station to world-class standards and the addition of new wings into state-of-the art office buildings. The renovation will result in creating a unique real estate location with both the historic grandeur of the colonial Soarano Station and the new millenium style of the wings.
Upon completion, tenants at Soarano Station will enjoy unique access to the shopping and restaurants of Avenue de l'Independence. Overall, MEDP takes great pride in this redevelopment of Soarano Station as a Madagascar monument.
